Board Director

Mr. Brian Musonda, a finance professional with vast public and private sector experience in financial management, strategic planning and business leadership, was appointed Director on the Mopani Copper Mines PLC Board in July 2022.

The Chief Investments Officer for Mopani’s parent company, ZCCM-IH, has served in various capacities for a host of other organisations including the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) as Head of Treasury and the Workers Compensation Fund Control Board as Senior Investments Analyst and Revenue and Investments Accountant.

He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA), and holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Zambia.
