The Company Seeks the Services of a General Change House Supervisor x3
Job Purpose
The Responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to the following:
- Issuing lockers to employees for stored of their PPE and the clothing once they at work.
- Ensuring the maintenance of lockers and issuing of cleaning materials.
- To store and ensure that the PPE for the visitors is clean.
- Assist by preparing PPE and change houses for all senior underground visits.
- Supervising cleaning of all change houses including the general surroundings, gumboot bay and laundry.
- Keep a record of all the employees who have been allocated the lockers.
- Completing of daily checklists, managing material and chemical store, laundry etc.
- Report timeously any unsafe acts/ behaviour including incidents/conditions to the manager shafts.Ensuring compliance to the provisions of the Mine Health and Safety Act.
To be considered for this position, the candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Oral and Written Communication Skills
- All academic qualifications should be verified by Zambia Qualification Authority
The successful candidate must be result oriented and have the ability to work with own initiative, ability to understand scope of work, paying particular attention to Company policies and corporate objectives.
