The Whistleblowing Line serves as a secure channel for employees, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report any concerns, suspicions, or potential misconduct related to our business. We strongly encourage individuals to speak up if they become aware of any suspected unethical behaviour, illegal activities, fraud, or other violations of company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
How it works:
- To report a concern, you can send an email to raisingconcerns@mopani.com.zm or dial TOLL FREE 4321 or 8999 across all mobile networks and provide as much detail as possible.
- Trained professionals specialising in whistle-blowing reporting will review and assess the information you provide while ensuring confidentiality and anonymity.
You have the option to remain anonymous if you choose to do so. If you prefer, you can provide your contact information for follow-up inquiries and updates.
Protection and Non-Retaliation: We are fully committed to protecting whistle blowers’ rights and identities. Any individual who reports concerns in good faith will be shielded from retaliation or adverse treatment because of their report. Retaliation against whistle-blowers is strictly prohibited by the company, and any such actions will be dealt with firmly.
